Super Dispatch is looking for a motivated, creative, customer focused individual to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has experience in customer success, transportation/logistics, and is passionate about people and helping our customers succeed.

Mission:

Retain customer’s business and grow that business over time, develop customer relationships and facilitate the learning and usage of all Super Dispatch products.

Key Outcomes:

  • Serve as the day to day contact for large accounts
  • Understand client long and short-term goals
  • Execute data analysis and reporting
  • Increase and retain book of business
  • Decrease time period from initial contact to activation
  • Monitor and report on customer usage
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Onboard all new paid Super Dispatch customers
