Super Dispatch is looking for an energetic and outgoing person who is eager to launch their sales career in an entry level position that is within our rapidly growing sales organization. The ideal candidate is optimistic, hungry, eager to learn, and excited to help our sales team flourish.

The Lead Coordinator’s mission is to process, qualify, and coordinate with potential prospective customers, enabling the sales team members to focus on establishing the customer’s vision, demonstrating the products, and negotiating contracts.

Outcomes

1. Response time to Leads is reduced

  • All new inbound leads received before 4:00 PM get a same-day response.

2. Sales Associates and Executives increase demo and negotiation time from 40-50% to 80-90%

  • Reduce the number of leads that sales associates and executives must qualify

3. Qualified inbound leads and identify new (sales) opportunities

  • Increase the quality opportunity rate to 75% (meaning 3 out of 4 qualified leads end up getting a demo)

4. Achieve monthly quota of contacted leads

5. Improved and intact data integrity on leads

6. Crafted thoughtful and targeted messaging to further build the pipeline
